I am a certified residential appraiser with over 20 years of experience, specializing in single-family residential services in Garland County and surrounding areas. I am FHA/HUD approved and adept at measuring complicated floor plans, ensuring that each appraisal I deliver is precise and reliable. My extensive experience allows me to provide clients with the critical insights they need to make informed real estate decisions.
In addition to my appraising expertise, I hold a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) and am a published author with a strong background in creative and technical writing. I have contributed to notable projects such as the Smithsonian’s Indians at the Post Office initiative, and my work is driven by a commitment to accuracy and creativity.
When I’m not appraising properties, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, and writing. My passion for continuous learning and attention to detail drives both my professional and personal endeavors.
